The Duke 639 buffet shelf is made of 18-gauge stainless steel—a durable metal that resists rust and corrosion. Equipped with two tempered glass sneeze guards, it’s designed to be placed on a buffet line to protect food and provide a surface on which users can rest plates as they dish out product. Overall, this unit measures 72 3⁄8 inches wide by 10 inches deep by 18 inches high.
