Designed for efficient grease management, the Magikitch'n MKG-36-E countertop gas griddle includes a 3³⁄₄-gallon grease box with a splash zone compartment to contain spills. A wide 3¹⁄₂-inch front grease trough and fully welded grease chute allow for smooth spatula movement, while a tapered splash back keeps the cooking area clean. The unit's double-walled stainless steel construction and fully welded side skirting add durability, providing long-term performance in busy kitchens. This unit is supported by four 4-inch removable legs and includes a solid panel cabinet base for flush mounting.

The Magikitch'n MKG-36-E griddle features a 35³⁄₄-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface with a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate that retains heat efficiently. Its electric thermostat with matchless piezo spark ignition enables precise temperature control, while the safety pilot system with flame loss shutoff enhances operational security. Seven burners, each producing 15,000 BTU, provide a total output of 90,000 BTU. Independent venturi-style stainless steel burners ensure even heating, and the recessed gas regulator and shutoff allow for close-wall installation.
