Designed for powerful and efficient cooking, the Magikitch'n MKG-36-E countertop gas griddle delivers 90,000 BTU of total heating power, with burners spaced every 12 inches to provide even heat distribution. Its 35 3⁄4-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface is constructed with a 1-inch-thick polished griddle plate for superior heat retention. The electric thermostat with matchless piezo spark ignition ensures precise temperature control, while a safety pilot system with flame loss shutoff enhances operational security.
The Magikitch'n MKG-36-E griddle is constructed with a double-walled stainless steel body and fully welded side skirting for durability. A wide 3 1⁄2-inch front grease trough, paired with a fully welded grease chute, facilitates efficient grease flow, while the 3 3⁄4-gallon grease box with a splash zone compartment minimizes mess. A tapered splash back helps contain spills, and the solid panel cabinet base allows for flush mounting. Independent venturi-style stainless steel burners ensure consistent performance, and a recessed gas regulator and shutoff facilitate close-wall installation. This unit is supported by four removable 4-inch legs and operates on liquid propane with a factory-installed regulator.
