Vulcan VWT36 36" Heavy Duty Range Range Line Work Surface, Modular, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan VWT36 work surface is a modular 36-inch-wide unit designed to integrate into V Series cooklines that run on liquid propane. Vulcan constructs this worktop with a 16-gauge stainless steel surface and supports it with a full-body 20-gauge stainless steel base. A 4-inch stainless steel stub riser at the rear helps protect wall surfaces, and the 1¹⁄₄-inch front gas manifold ensures compatibility with gas-line configurations in modular installations.

To ensure a secure base, the Vulcan VWT36 worktop sits on 4-inch flanged feet for stability in a fixed kitchen suite. The open-top design provides flexible surface space for equipment staging or prep applications and complements the rest of the V Series line in both size and finish. This unit is intended for modular use without integrated storage or burners and blends in with adjacent cooking equipment to complete a continuous range line.
