Its flat, reinforced top accommodates staging, plating, and resting pans without introducing heat to the station. Integrated into the front gas manifold, this non-heated unit maintains alignment and appearance across a unified range setup. Model VWT18 by Vulcan.

Made with a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop and 20-gauge body, the Vulcan VWT18 heavy duty modular range line work surface withstands repeated daily use. Its front, sides, stub back, and 4-inch riser are all stainless steel for durability and easy cleanup. Flanged 4-inch feet help anchor the spreader securely to the floor or base platform in modular arrangements.
