Built for use with liquid propane, it includes a modular base frame and is constructed of stainless steel across all exposed surfaces, including the front, sides, base, burner box, exterior bottom, stub back, and front top ledge. The flat surface serves as a transitional section between cooking units, providing a resting or prep area without burners or storage.
