Vulcan VICM24 Description
The Vulcan VICM24 gas cheese melter’s front, sides, bottom, and top are made of stainless steel for durability, and it has a welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis to ensure a sturdy frame. Designed for high-volume commercial use, it measures 24 inches wide by 18 61⁄100 inches deep by 23 3⁄100 inches high, and it can be bolted into the wall with the included wall-mounting brackets. Heated with LP gas, it includes a 3⁄4-inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator.
A heavy-duty, pre-mix atmospheric infrared burner heats the Vulcan VICM24 cheese melter, and a standing pilot ignition system delivers LP gas to the burner. Equipped with a chrome-plate grid rack, air can move through its open wire construction, enabling uniform heating. It can also be raised or lowered into three positions, depending on how close or far away food needs to be to the burner. A full-width spillage pan collects crumbs and food particles, and it’s removable to be cleaned for future use.
