Vulcan VICM24 Description
To evenly melt cheese, the Vulcan VICM24 gas infrared cheese melter has a standing pilot system and a heavy-duty, pre-mix atmospheric infrared burner—all of which is heated by natural gas. Food can be placed on the chrome-plated grid rack, and the rack can be raised or lowered to achieve different results. Its open wire construction enables hot air to flow freely around product, assisting in uniform melting.
The Vulcan VICM24 cheese melter’s front, top, bottom, and sides are made of stainless steel for durability, and it has a welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis to ensure a secure frame. A full-width spillage pan sits beneath the grid, collecting crumbs that fall from the grid; this can be removed for cleaning to ensure a sanitary machine. To provide more countertop space, wall-mounting brackets are integrated into the unit. Overall, it measures 24 inches wide by 18 61⁄100 inches deep by 23 3⁄100 inches high.
