Vulcan VHP636 Description
Designed for countertop use, the Vulcan VHP636 Achiever hot plate measures 36 inches wide by 313/8 inches deep by 165/8 inches high. Its sides, control panel, backsplash, and top trim are made of stainless steel to ease cleaning and resist rust and corrosion. To further simplify cleaning, it's equipped with an aluminized pull-out crumb tray, and this unit's 4-inch legs are adjustable for uneven surfaces.
The Vulcan VHP636 countertop hot plate features six burners with lift-off heads and heavy-duty cast iron top grates for durability. Each burner is equipped with its own infinite heat control valve, while the unit's cool bullnose design reduces the risk of injury during use. Powered by natural gas, it features a standing pilot ignition system and produces a total output of 180,000 BTUs.
