Vulcan VCCG36-AR Description
A good choice for environments where it withstands heavy use, the Vulcan VCCG36-AR countertop griddle features a primarily stainless steel construction. This metal provides excellent defense against scratching, rusting, and corroding, and it's simple to clean. A 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer further streamlines cleaning as the unit's back and side splashes protect walls and surrounding equipment from grease splatter. Enabling operators to stabilize it on uneven flooring, this griddle is mounted on adjustable, 4-inch legs.
Measuring 36 inches wide by 331/10 inches deep by 184/5 inches high, the Vulcan VCCG36-AR gas griddle is designed for countertop use. It features a 1-inch-thick chrome cooking plate and comes with a scraper, blade, and palmetto brush for cleaning. Each 12-inch cooking zone is controlled independently via solid-state thermostat. The temperature can be adjusted between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent accidental changes, it's equipped with chrome-plated wire knob guards.
