Vulcan VCCG36-AR Description
The Vulcan VCCG36-AR heavy-duty gas griddle provides a 36- by 24-inch cooking surface with a 1-inch-thick chrome plate for countertop cooking applications. Three U-shaped aluminized steel burners supply heat beneath the plate, while solid-state thermostatic controls divide the surface into 12-inch cooking zones so operators can manage temperatures independently. Electronic spark ignition supports startup, and the pilot protection system adds an extra safeguard during operation.
A 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer collects runoff from the front grease trough, and the Vulcan VCCG36-AR griddle includes a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade for cleaning the chrome surface. Stainless steel covers the front, sides, front top ledge, back splash, and tapered side splashes, while the fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis supports frequent commercial use. Four adjustable legs raise the unit to a 14 7⁄10-inch cooking height.
