Vulcan VCCG24-IR 24" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Chrome Plate, Liquid Propane

Using LP gas, the Vulcan VCCG24-IR VCCG Series heavy-duty gas griddle incorporates infrared burners to heat 12-inch-wide sections of its 24-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep chrome griddle plate for independent cooking results. Each 12-inch-wide section is controlled by a solid-state thermostat and an electronic ignition system to ensure proper heat transfer. The 1-inch-thick griddle plate is thick enough to withstand constant reheating, so it's less likely to warp over time compared to thinner plates, making it a good choice for high-volume use. It has a temperature range between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various cooking methods, from reheating to searing.

The Vulcan VCCG24-IR gas griddle is made of stainless steel to thrive in a bustling kitchen environment. Designed to be placed on a countertop, it's lifted with four legs that adjust to varying kitchen spaces. When the legs are at their maximum 4-inch height, the cooking height is 14⁷/₁₀ inches. Tapered side splashes and a rear splash guard prevent hot oil from splashing over the griddle's sides or onto the operator. Once oil is contained, it can drain into the 6-quart grease drawer for simplified removal. For plate maintenance upkeep, a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade are included with purchase.
