Vulcan VCCG24-AC Description
The Vulcan VCCG24-AC VCCG heavy-duty griddle is designed with a welded chassis and a combination of stainless and aluminized steel to endure frequent use. Its 3⁄4-inch-thick Rapid Recovery composite plate heats quickly and retains thermal consistency across the 24-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface. Two U-shaped atmospheric burners deliver a total of 60,000 BTU, with independent heat control across 12-inch sections. The solid state thermostats with an electronic ignition system offer precise temperature management from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
To support safe operation, the Vulcan VCCG24-AC griddle includes a pilot protection system, chrome knob guards, and integrated back and side splash guards to contain mess. Measuring 24 inches wide by 33 1⁄10 inches deep by 18 4⁄5 inches high, it's fitted with four 4-inch adjustable legs for stable countertop placement. A 6-quart grease drawer simplifies cleaning, while a rear-mounted 3⁄4-inch gas connection with pressure regulator ensures proper flow.
