Vulcan VBP13ES Description
As part of the Institutional series, the Vulcan VBP13ES (formerly VBP13) heated holding and transport cabinet has 10 adjustable tray slides to accommodate (13) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch sheet pans on 1 1⁄2-inch centers. Its reach-in layout grants users direct access to product, simplifying pan loading and removal. For a long service life, the interior and exterior are constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel, and its integrated steel frame adds strength to the cabinet. Designed to be moved, it's secured on 5-inch, heavy-duty casters; side-mounted push handles provide a comfortable grip while maneuvering the cabinet.
For gentle, uniform heat distribution, a blower motor circulates air throughout the Vulcan VBP13ES heated cabinet. Operators can adjust temperatures with the knob-actuated electronic control, and its digital temperature display is user friendly. To ensure precooked foods are held at safe temperatures, the unit can reach temperatures as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and insulation is built into the side walls and top to preserve temperatures even when the doors are opened for short periods of time.
