Vulcan VBB1BF Description
Measuring 36 inches wide by 42 5⁄8 inches deep by 77 1⁄8 inches high, the Vulcan VBB1BF V Series upright broiler features a cabinet base. It's raised on 6-inch legs, and they can be adjusted to account for bumpy or uneven flooring. To facilitate temperature adjustment, it's equipped with infinite heat controls and features a pilot ignition system. This unit is powered by natural gas and has a 1 1⁄4-inch front gas manifold.
To ensure a long service life in high-volume operations, the Vulcan VBB1BF heavy-duty broiler is constructed primarily of stainless steel. Resisting rust and corrosion, this metal is ideal for environments where it may experience heavy use. For additional durability, its grates are made of cast iron. To streamline end-of-day cleaning, it's furnished with a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pan.
