Vulcan VBB1BF Description
Built for long-lasting durability, the Vulcan VBB1BF V Series upright broiler's front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are constructed of stainless steel. This metal resists rust, dents, and scratches, and it's simple to clean. It's also equipped with a full-width stainless steel drip pan to streamline cleaning further. Powered by natural gas, this unit features a pilot ignition system.
Featuring a cabinet base, the Vulcan VBB1BF heavy-duty broiler measures 36 inches wide by 42 5⁄8 inches deep by 77 1⁄8 inches high. To stabilize it on rough or uneven floors, it's equipped with adjustable, 6-inch legs. Heat is provided by three ceramic radiant burners and temperatures can be adjusted using infinite heat controls. For strength to endure repeated heating, its grates are cast iron.
