Vulcan MSA72-30 Description
Taking up a small space in a crowded kitchen, the Vulcan MSA72-30 gas griddle is designed for countertop use. The 72-inch-wide cooking surface has six cooking zones with individually controlled snap-action thermostats embedded every 12 inches. To keep the countertop free of messes, the griddle has a 6-quart grease trough positioned in the front. A 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes capture messes as they splatter to keep the surroundings clean.
The Vulcan MSA72-30 commercial griddle has control knobs on the front that are protected from accidental adjustment by heavy-duty guards. Because the griddle plate is 1 inch thick, it retains heat and recovers temperatures quickly after each use. The plate is made of polished steel to prevent food from sticking to it, and the remainder of the unit is made of stainless steel for durability against dents and scratches.
