Vulcan GT150E Description
The Vulcan GT150E gas fully jacketed stationary kettle is designed for high-capacity cooking, featuring a 150-gallon capacity to accommodate food prep on a large scale. Its reinforced hinged stainless steel cover includes a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle featuring a heavy-duty pivot assembly, incorporating a yolk-style mount with a tie bar for added support. A 2-inch plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer ensures smooth product flow, while the kettle’s sloped interior bottom efficiently directs the flow.
The Vulcan GT150E fully jacketed stationary kettle is supported by 2-inch-diameter legs made of stainless steel and capped with adjustable flanged feet for stability. A graduated measuring rod and faucet bracket enhance usability, while safety features include a vacuum pressure relief valve, a 15 PSI relief valve, a low water cut-off control, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge. The unit operates with a thermostat-controlled combination gas valve and electronic ignition for efficient heating. Designed for LP gas, the kettle delivers a 135,000 BTU output.
