The Vulcan ET150 stationary kettle is ideal for high-volume cooking operations, offering a large 150-gallon capacity and a fully steam-jacketed design for consistent heating. Its 316 series stainless steel liner enhances durability and resists corrosion, making it suitable for commercial kitchens. A spring-assisted, hinged stainless steel cover with a condensate ring and drop-down lift handle ensures controlled steam release, while the sloped interior bottom promotes smooth product flow through a mounted 2-inch plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer.
Designed for precise temperature management, the Vulcan ET150 ketlle features electric heating elements with an on/off switch, signal light, and thermostat control. Safety mechanisms include a 15 PSI relief valve, a low water cut-off control, a pressure limit switch, and a pressure gauge. The floor model kettle is mounted on 2-inch-diameter stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet, providing stability in commercial settings.
