The Vulcan C24EA3 PLUS countertop convection steamer is constructed with a single compartment. It has a 60-minute timer and professional controls and comes with a buzzer and constant steam feature. This unit's cook/ready lights indicate the status of the equipment to the user. Operators can turn the unit on and off with the power switch. High-output stainless steel constructs the generator, which features SmartDrain, PowerFlush, and two-speed staged waterfill for optimal heat-up and steam quality. This steamer can thoroughly cook frozen vegetables in minutes with its natural steam-stirring system, quickly preparing many types of product.

The exterior and cooking compartment are constructed of stainless steel with coved corners on the interior to facilitate cleaning. The door and door latch mechanism are heavy duty, while a door gasket guard seals the door. The Vulcan C24EA3 PLUS three-pan convection steamer is equipped with a relief for cord strain.
