Traulsen UST7230-LR Description
Furnished with a full-length cutting board, the Traulsen UST7230-LR Dealer's Choice prep table has enough room to prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches. In its top section, the unit comes with 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans, and it can accommodate pans as deep as 6 inches, which are sold separately. Pans are held in a secure, level position by a reinforced ledge, while a stainless steel lid keeps contaminants out of the pans. For cleaning, both the lids and cutting board are removable.
The doors to the storage base are self-closing but stay open at 105 degrees for product loading and cabinet cleaning. Inside, two powder-coated shelves support product, and to fit tall items, operators can adjust the shelves or completely remove them. Interior surfaces are coated with corrosion-resistant, anodized aluminum in case of leaks. The door gaskets are convenient to remove because they are magnetic, and their Santoprene® construction simplifies cleaning.
Using capillary tubes and R290 refrigerant, this Traulsen UST7230-LR prep table's rear-mounted refrigeration system keeps stored product at a temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature level is adjustable and can be checked at any time on the internal thermometer.
