Traulsen UST4818-LR Description
The Traulsen UST4818-LR refrigerated prep table will fit into sandwich joints and salad lines, with plenty of room to hold product for a bustling customer base. For durability and eased cleaning, the table is made of stainless steel, and its cut-outs accommodate 18 sixth-size pans, which are protected from excess germs with closing lid doors. A nylon cutting board can be flipped over to extend the life so the user can create sandwiches and salads on top. Along with a thermometer, the table’s cabinet has adjustable shelves. Its refrigeration system has a temperature range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit that can be set by the user, and its current temperature is shown on the internally mounted thermometer. To maintain the correct temperature and keep food fresh, the condenser uses capillary tubes and R290 refrigerant. It is mounted out of the way in the rear of the table.
