Traulsen UST4812-LL Description
The Traulsen UST4812-LL Dealer’s Choice refrigerated prep table is a solid option for cafeterias or sandwich restaurants with a consistent customer base. Its stainless steel components are hardy and can be wiped clean, granting a long life and easing cleanup at the end of the shift. Great for lunch meats, sliced vegetables, and various sandwich toppings, the tabletop surface is fitted with cutouts for sixth-size pans. When not being used, these ingredients can be covered with the flat lid to keep out contaminants. Included is a white nylon cutting board, and when it wears out, it can be reversed for additional usage on the other side. An interior cabinet underneath the tabletop holds adjustable shelves, which can accommodate a variety of supplies. Rear mounted and self-contained, the table’s refrigeration system means the condenser and evaporator are in a single area, easing installation and servicing.
