Traulsen UST279-R Description
The Traulsen UST279-R Dealer’s Choice compact food prep table is a great fit for small restaurants or convenience stores that need sandwich or salad dispensers without the luxury of excess space. Stainless steel components toughen the table, protecting it against scratches or an accidental dinging. Its cutout can hold 6-inch-deep sixth-size pans, and 4-inch-deep pans come included with the unit. Over the pans, a flat, low-profile cover shields the food from contaminants and heat, and a reversible nylon cutting board provides double the life and usage because when it looks worn, users can flip the board over instead of replacing it. To combat corrosion, the table’s cabinet has an anodized aluminum interior, and when opened less than 90 degrees, its doors self-close to prevent large temperature changes. Inside the cabinet are two repositionable shelves and a thermometer, while table refrigeration is controlled by a self-contained, front-breathing assembly at the rear.
