Traulsen UST276-R Description
The Traulsen UST276-R Dealer’s Choice compact food prep table can be used to serve sandwiches or salads while taking up minimal space, which is important in establishments with size concerns. Standing up to rust and scratching damage, the table is made of stainless steel. Its surface has cutouts for sixth-size pans, and six are included with the unit. Also included is a full-length nylon cutting board, which can be flipped over to double its life. For temperature observation, the table includes a thermometer, as well as a cabinet with a corrosion-resistant interior and adjustable shelves. Its doors automatically close if they are opened less than 90 degrees, shutting in cold air, and past 105 degrees, they stay open for unhindered interior access. A rear-mounted refrigeration system cools the table and its cabinet, remaining out of the way while it works. Because this system breathes through the front, the prep table does not need clearance on the left or right.
