Traulsen UST276-L Description
The Traulsen UST276-L Dealer’s Choice sandwich and salad prep table is suited for small sandwich shops and kitchens with limited space. Its stainless steel construction is built to last—it resists rusting and scratching—and at the end of the day, a quick wipe down will clean it. With six pans included as starters, the tabletop’s cutouts are designed to accommodate sixth-size pans, and to ensure a long lifespan, the table’s full-length cutting board can be flipped over and reused. For temperature monitoring, a thermometer is included on the unit, and the cabinet features an anodized aluminum interior for additional corrosion defense. A set temperature between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit is maintained by the unit, and adjustable shelves can be used to store additional vegetables, deli meats, or condiment spreads in the refrigerated base. The table’s refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted at the rear, and because the system breathes through the front, it requires zero inches of clearance on each side.
