Traulsen UPT6024-LR Description
The two self-closing doors on the Traulsen UPT6024-LR prep table are equipped with a 105-degree stay-open feature and include two powder-coated steel shelves apiece. With six casters, this portable unit includes a full-length white nylon cutting board, a removable pan cover, a pivoting lid, and (24) 4-inch-deep pans with a reinforced ledge to hold them in place securely. The stainless steel cabinet and doors are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation and include an anodized aluminum interior.
The Traulsen UPT6024-LR prep table has a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly, R290 refrigerant. Maintaining temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit has a capillary tube metering device, an automatic condensate evaporator, and a forced-air evaporator coil. An interior-mounted thermometer enables users to monitor temperatures.
