Traulsen UPT4818-LR Description
Accommodating 18 sixth-size food pans, the Traulsen UPT4818-LR prep table is ideal for sandwich and salad stations. The worktop surface includes a reversible, white nylon cutting board and a reinforced pan ledge to hold items securely. Each of the two self-closing doors is fitted with a sturdy work handle and include two powder-coated steel shelves inside. These doors have a 105-degree stay-open feature and include magnetic gaskets that can be removed and cleaned quickly.
The Traulsen UPT4818-LR prep table has a self-contained, refrigerated base with a standard temperature of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit; operators can adjust the temperature within this range to suit different applications. Using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, this unit has an air-cooled compressor and a forced-air evaporator coil. A thermometer is mounted internally, enabling users to see where temperatures fall within the range at all times.
