Traulsen UPT279-R Description
The Traulsen UPT279-R sandwich and salad prep table comes with a full-length cutting board for preparing sandwiches, salads, or pizzas, and for holding ingredients, the top is equipped with nine 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans. A stainless steel, roll-top lid protects ingredient from germs and contaminants, while the base features two powder-coated wire shelves for maximizing storage space. Helping retain cool air, the cabinet and door are insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The Traulsen UPT279-R sandwich and salad prep table has a temperature holding range between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system is front breathing, and a capillary tube metering device uses R290 refrigerant to cool the unit. While the interior is made of anodized aluminum, the front, sides, and door are made of stainless steel. To assist with product loading and unloading, the self-closing door has a 105-degree stay-open feature.
