Traulsen UPT276-R Description
The Traulsen UPT276-R Dealer's Choice sandwich and salad prep table is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to retain cold air. While the front, sides, and door are constructed of stainless steel, the back and bottom are constructed of galvanized steel. Resisting corrosion, the interior and door liner are made of anodized aluminum, and to simplify loading and unloading, the door will self-close less than 90 degrees and stay open past 105 degrees. A nylon cutting board provides an area for preparing ingredients, and the unit includes six 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans for holding ingredients.
The Traulsen UPT276-R sandwich and salad prep table is equipped with a stainless steel pan lid and cover to prevent ingredients from being contaminated. In the base, the unit provides two powder-coated wire shelves, which can be adjusted in 1⁄2-inch increments. A thermometer mounted in the interior lets users check the temperature, while the self-contained, front-breathing refrigeration system is mounted at the rear. To give the unit a holding range between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the capillary tube metering device uses R290 refrigerant.
