Traulsen G32011 Description
Designed for large-scale merchandising in the front of the house, the Traulsen G32011 display refrigerator has three door sections. Each door has a glass window, so guests can see stored items under the LED interior lights. These doors are self-closing to retain cold air but stay open for product stocking when needed. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place in the cabinet to enhance structural strength and retain cool temperatures.
The microprocessor controller in this Traulsen G32011 three-section glass door merchandiser enables the operator to set the temperature at a specific level between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. This setting is displayed on the LED screen and can be set to show in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Using R290 refrigerant, the unit maintains the set level; a thermostatic metering device sends refrigerant to the evaporator based on the temperature setting and the current level. The condenser is accessible from the front, so users can comfortably clean the coils. All the other refrigeration system components are accessible from the front behind a one-piece louver assembly.
