The refrigeration system in this Traulsen G31313 three-section reach-in freezer is top mounted, keeping the components away from debris on the floor. For convenient maintenance, the parts are available behind the louver and the condenser faces the front. Using the microprocessor controller, operators can adjust the temperature, before monitoring it on the LED display. It can be set within the range of -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit or run as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit.
This Traulsen G31313 three-section reach-in freezer’s shelves are coated in epoxy—a material that resists corrosion for lasting durability—and have a wire design that encourages airflow. Too ensure loading is not too close to the walls, a guard is built into the cabinet, and the unit is insulated to retain cold air. Its doors are self-closing and hinged on the left.
