Traulsen G31011 Description
The Traulsen G31011 Dealer’s Choice three-section reach-in freezer has an anodized aluminum interior, which protects it from corrosion. Its stainless steel doors are solid and provide better cold retention than glass doors. For increased storage space, the freezer’s evaporator coil is situated outside of the food zone. An LED temperature display indicates current conditions inside the unit.
Since the compressor is top mounted, the Traulsen G31011 commercial reach-in freezer doesn’t breathe in as much dust or food debris as a bottom-mounted unit would. However, it is not suited for high-temperature kitchens because heat rises to the ceiling, potentially overloading the compressor. Because this unit has casters, it can be wheeled to different areas of the kitchen to match specific floorplans. LED internal lighting illuminates the stored product and serves as an energy-efficient alternative to traditional lighting.
