The Traulsen G31010 three-section reach-in freezer has nine durable shelves that resist rust due to their epoxy coating. A guard prevents employees from blocking the unit's airflow pattern when loading the cabinet with product. Made completely of aluminum and stainless steel, this freezer is heavy duty and resistant to corrosion. Polyurethane insulation is foamed in place in the unit to ensure it retains cold air.
The refrigeration system is top mounted, so it operates away from dirt and debris on the floor. With this placement, staff may have difficulty accessing the components for servicing, but the condenser faces the front to provide as much access as possible. Because the Traulsen G31010 three-section freezer uses R290 hydrocarbon, it is more environmentally friendly than alternative options.
