Traulsen G30001 Description
Featuring a 69.15-cubic-foot capacity, the Traulsen G30001 commercial refrigerator provides ample storage space for high-volume operations. Its interior and sides are constructed of durable and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum while the six half-size doors are made of strong stainless steel. These doors grant access to the refrigerated space within; each section is paired with three epoxy-coated shelves for heightened organization. Four 6-inch casters are attached to the bottom of the refrigerator for fluid movement, while the EZ-clean door gaskets ensure thorough sanitation.
The Traulsen G30001 reach-in unit is part of the Dealer’s Choice series and features a top-mounted refrigeration system. This technology holds temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit by using a condensate evaporator that removes excess liquid, an evaporator coil to help regulate appropriate humidity levels, an air-cooled compressor, and a front-facing condenser. This refrigerator utilizes eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to remove hot or ambient air, and staff can monitor temperatures with the LED display and change temperatures by using the microprocessor control on the front.
