Traulsen G21014P Description
Because the Traulsen G21014P commercial two-section refrigerator has glass doors on the front and back, its pass-thru design unites the front of house with the back of house. These doors are full-height and self-close to retain cold air. At a 120-degree angle, they stay propped open so users can conveniently stock and unload product. The cabinet comes with three shelves in each section and a Load-Sure Guard that prevents operators from placing items too close to the walls and blocking airflow. The anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction provides strength and corrosion resistance, while insulation increases structural strength.
On the microprocessor controller, operators can adjust the temperature in this Traulsen G21014P two-section pass-thru refrigerator; the level can be set as low as 34 degrees Fahrenheit or as high as 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system has a top-mounted position, keeping the evaporator and condenser in the same location without risk of damage from floor debris.
