Traulsen G20005P Description
The Traulsen G20005P pass-thru one-section refrigerator provides 48 3⁄5 cubic feet of storage space with six adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves for customizable storage solutions. The unit is made of heavy-gauge stainless steel for durability and a long service life. It is designed to enable kitchen staff and servers to access the refrigerator’s contents from both sides for a streamlined workflow. It is equipped with eight half-size, solid, insulated doors that reduce the amount of cold air escaping during food retrieval. These doors can also be locked to prevent tampering.
The Traulsen G20005P pass-thru refrigerator’s aluminum interior is illuminated by LED lights which can be activated by an exterior switch. The refrigeration system is mounted on the top of the unit to keep the evaporator coils from collecting dust and debris. It’s self-contained and uses R290 refrigerant with a thermostatic expansion valve to keep the contents at food-safe temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
