Traulsen G20004P Description
With doors on the front and back, the Traulsen G20004P pass-thru refrigerator can seamlessly connect the front and back of a restaurant. Kitchen staff can load items into the refrigerator while servers access the food from the other side. Food sits on sturdy wire shelves and a dent-resistant anodized aluminum floor. LED interior lighting illuminates stored items, so staff members can quickly find and retrieve what they need. The doors close by themselves before 120 degrees, so they are unlikely to be left ajar by accident.
In order to hold frequently accessed items, this Traulsen G20004P two-section refrigerator has a thermostatic expansion valve. When the temperature rises above the set level, the valve expands, and refrigerant flow increases to quickly pull down the temperature. Staff members can adjust the temperature from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital controller, and its LED display can show the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit for convenience.
