Traulsen G13011-023 Description
The Traulsen G13011-023 one-section reach-in freezer includes three epoxy-coated steel shelves that encourage even and consistent airflow, because of its wire construction. To prevent users from placing stored items too close to the wall, the cabinet has a built-in guard that leaves room for air to flow. Hinged on the left, the door has a handle on the right side and has a glass pane that enables users to view stored product. Lights are built into the door to showcase the items inside the freezer, and the unit is made completely of stainless steel and anodized aluminum—two corrosion-resistant, durable materials. Insulation is foamed in place in the unit to trap cold air and maintain the set temperature level.
Mounted in the top of this Traulsen G13011-023 single-section reach-in freezer, the refrigeration system is less accessible than bottom-mounted units, though it is not positioned near floor dirt and debris. Adjustable with a microprocessor controller, the temperature can be set between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature display shows the set level in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
