The Traulsen G13010-023 one-section reach-in freezer has a glass door that showcases product stored inside with built-in LED display lights. For product loading and cabinet cleaning, this door stays open at 120 degrees, while self-closing before that point. Three epoxy-coated shelves and a Load-Sure Guard that prevents items from sitting too close to the wall and reducing airflow are included with the unit. Foamed-in-place insulation in the cabinet and door create structural strength and retain cold air, while the unit is completely made of metal with stainless steel and anodized aluminum interior and exterior components.
