Traulsen G11001 Description
The Traulsen G11001 reach-in refrigerator’s front is made of heavy-gauge, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for a long and durable service life. It measures 29 7⁄8 inches wide by 35 1⁄2 inches deep by 83 7⁄16 inches high and provides users with 23 7⁄10 cubic feet of storage space. The refrigerator’s interior is made of adonized aluminum and comes with three epoxy-coated wire shelves that are corrosion and rust resistant.
The Traulsen G11001 refrigerated storage unit is set on four 6-inch casters for heightened mobility and easy maneuverability. The refrigerator is equipped with a self-contained and top-mounted refrigeration system that uses a thermostatic expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to hold the contents of the unit between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior of the unit is illuminated with LED lights and has two half-size glass doors for full user visibility.
