Traulsen G10005P Description
The Traulsen G10005P one-section pass-thru refrigerator comes with three corrosion-resistant epoxy shelves and a guard that promotes air circulation by buffering items away from the side walls. Insulation in the unit retains cold air and lends structural strength to the refrigerator. This unit is made of metal, with an anodized aluminum interior, stainless steel exterior front, and anodized aluminum exterior sides. With this construction, the unit is durable to support heavy use without breakable plastic parts.
The Traulsen G10005P pass-thru refrigerator is designed to be placed between two areas to connect them, using two doors on the front and back. These doors self-close to keep cold air inside and are half size, separating the unit into sections and reducing the amount of cold air that flows out of the cabinet. At 120 degrees, the doors stay open so users can load product into the cabinet. The gaskets in the doors are made of a material that shows dirt and grime, create a seal to prevent cold air leaks, and are safe with chemical cleaners.
