To withstand high-volume use, this 1-inch-thick high-density surface resists warping, and for thorough sanitization, it can be removed for cleaning. The 5-inch diameter push-down rinser faucet positioned behind the cutting board features a high-performance spray pattern to expedite rinsing, and glassware can be placed on the perforated insert located beneath the cutting board to drain after being rinsed. Common bar tools can be also cleaned in the 5 1⁄2-inch-diameter tool well, which reduces the risk of cracking during the process.

To promote frequent handwashing while providing a space for staff to dump ice, this sink is built with a 9 3⁄4-inch-long by 10 1⁄2-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep sink bowl; the sink faucet is sold separately.
