Shun TDM0700 Description
The Shun TDM0700 Premier paring knife is designed for control during precision tasks such as peeling, trimming, or preparing small fruits and vegetables. Its 4-inch VG-MAX steel blade is clad with 68 layers of stainless Damascus—34 on each side—for added strength and stain resistance. A hammered tsuchime finish reduces drag and encourages food release. The contoured walnut-finished PakkaWood handle is shaped to support both pinch and handle grips.
