The Shun DM0700 Classic paring knife's 3 1⁄2-inch blade features a VG-MAX cutting core clad with 68 total layers of stainless steel for added durability and corrosion resistance. A smooth Damascus finish helps minimize drag while cutting. The ebony-colored D-shaped PakkaWood handle is designed to fit comfortably in the hand and supports controlled movement for detail work. This knife includes a full composite tang and is dishwasher safe.
