The Libbey 972 002 dessert spoon's (formerly known as World Tableware 972 002) Gibraltar pattern uses three strong, architectural columns to contrast the handle's clean tip; its pronounced decorative appearance is ideal as an accent piece. Its 18/0 stainless steel construction consists of 18 percent chrome and no nickel, so it's more economical than higher-grade alloys. Although it's more susceptible to rust over time, it's still strong enough to endure daily restaurant use. Guests can use this 71⁄8-inch-long piece to eat gelato, ice cream, or mousse from bowls.
