The Metropolitan pattern of the Libbey 564 002 dessert spoon (formerly known as World Tableware 564 002) grants a vintage appearance with a scalloped detail. It's made of 18/0 stainless steel—an alloy containing 18 percent chrome and no nickel. This alloy is less expensive than 18/8 and 18/10 stainless steel, though it's also less durable. Despite this, the spoon can be used to scoop ice cream, yogurt, and other soft desserts in a commercial establishment.
