Vollrath Z4010 Description
Intended for high volume commercial use, the Vollrath Z4010 Wear-Ever® frying pan is made of a durable aluminum alloy. Its PFOA-free CeramiGuard II® nonstick coating can withstand scraping from metal utensils. EverTite™ rivets fasten the handle to the pan, and the insulated Cool Handle® sleeve can endure 450-degrees-Fahrenheit heat.

My favorite non stick skillet
I cook almost everything in cast iron, except omelets. For those I use Vollrath skillets. They hold up best. I like the silicone handle. I like Vollrath better than Scanpan for three times the price.

Excellent non-stick heavy-duty skillet!
Every morning I cook a frittata for breakfast. I previously owned $20 skillets you'd find at BB&B, but decided to find a heavy-duty pan to see if there was a difference. With this one, I haven't had any issues with burning or sticking, and it's very simple to clean. Time will tell if the non-stick coating will stay non-stick, but for the month I've owned it, it's been perfect!
Great pan, even better customer service
Love the product, plan to use it for years to come. Should last me well until I get too old to cook. Even with the battered look, it should still hold up well. Super durable and even distribution. Great for searing meats and finishing in the oven.
