Vollrath Z4008 Description
The Vollrath Z4008 Wear-Ever® frying pan has EverTite™ rivets that attach the handle to the pan. This cookware is made of aluminum alloy, which protects against dents and stains. Insulated to prevent heat transfer, the silicone Cool Handle® sleeve can endure temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and can be removed and replaced when needed. The Vollrath Z4008 frying pan has a CeramiGuard II® nonstick coating that is PFOA free, releases cooked-on food, and can tolerate metal utensils.

Perfect crepe pan
Fast,easy crepe and egg preparation
The best Frying pan.
I bought this same 8" frying pan 10 years ago. I have used nothing since to cook my morning eggs, melting butter for baking making a few hundred grilled cheese sandwiches and sauteing a few veggies. Over the past 10 years and many house guests the pan was well used became scratched and well worn, One houseguest told me, she loved the pan so much she was going to steal the pan. So I gave it to her and bought myself a new one. She doesn't get this one It's MINE.
