Vollrath VBBE4-37-F Description
The Vollrath VBBE4-37-F refrigerated beverage server's unibody cabinet is made of durable stainless steel to withstand heavy-duty use. Its spigots are also made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and their gravity-feed operating method dispenses product without mechanical or electrical assistance. Ideal for serving powdered and concentrated drink mixes, the unit utilizes fountain spray circulation. This method ensures product is constantly moving in the clear bowls to enhance the display.
To turn product circulation off when the Vollrath VBBE4-37-F pre-mix refrigerated dispenser isn't in use, each bowl is equipped with rocker controls. The four polycarbonate bowls each accommodate 5.28 gallons of product, and they include individual thermostats to support temperature adjustments from 35 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Safe for the environment, this unit cools using natural R134a refrigerant. To keep the countertop clean, the unit is built with four 4-inch legs and four ABS plastic drip trays that capture spills.
