A stirring paddle circulation system agitates the drink to prevent stagnation, which can lower the drink's quality, and operators can adjust the circulation speed via rocker switch controls. The polycarbonate, food-grade bowl has a 5.28-gallon capacity and is transparent so customers can identify product quickly and operators can check the fill level. The bowl’s stainless steel gravity-fed spigot releases drinks smoothly without assistance from electrical or mechanical systems.
